Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RevQ(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. An organization administrator may invite, manage, and remove members, and may access data within the organization's workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (such as anti-spam and electronic-communications regulations), attempting to access data that does not belong to your organization, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any required consents to process the contact and prospect data you upload.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example email, calendar, messaging, enrichment, and model providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

5. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to your organization administrator or to our support team.
