Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RevQ(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and organization details when you register. Workspace data: the contacts, companies, campaigns, messages, and related records you and your organization create or import. Integration data: tokens and content from services you connect (such as email, calendar, and messaging). Usage data: logs and metrics generated as you use the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service, including sourcing, scoring, outreach, reply handling, and meeting booking; to secure accounts and enforce our Terms; to provide support; and to improve the Service. The model providers that draft, classify, and score on your behalf may process content you submit.

3. Multi-tenant isolation and the shared directory

Your campaign and workspace data (campaigns, conversations, messages, replies, lead scores, pipeline, tasks, notes, sending identities, and integration credentials) is scoped to your organization. We use database-level row-level security so that this data belonging to one organization is not accessible to another, and access within your organization is governed by the roles your administrator assigns. Separately, RevQmaintains a shared directory of companies and people: identity, firmographic, and business contact information (such as a company’s name, website, industry, size, and funding, and a person’s name, role, business email, phone, and LinkedIn profile) sourced from data providers and from customer uploads. Directory records are shared across all customers of the Service, so a record enriched or updated for one customer is available to every customer. Contacts and companies you upload contribute this identity and firmographic information to the directory. The directory never includes your campaign activity, conversations, scores, notes, credentials, or any information about whether or how you contacted anyone.

4. Google API Services User Data

RevQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect a Gmail account, we use message content and metadata to detect and ingest replies to your outbound campaigns, to classify reply intent and extract proposed meeting times using AI language models, to generate draft replies, and to maintain a per-contact conversation summary that informs future communications. When you connect a Google Calendar, we use calendar data to check your availability, to sync events for meeting matching, and to create or cancel meetings you book through the Service. This data is not used to develop, improve, or train AI and/or ML models, is not used for advertising, and is not sold. It is shared only with the infrastructure and model providers described in Section 5 (Sharing and third parties) as necessary to provide these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with your consent.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the Service (for example hosting, email delivery, calendar, messaging, enrichment, and model providers), each acting under contractual obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive integration credentials at rest, scoped database roles, and revocable sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your organization maintains an account, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data, subject to those obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your organization administrator or our support team.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Contact

Questions about this Policy or your data can be directed to your organization administrator or to our support team.
